German school visit to Plymouth seeks contacts

Would it be possible to have a meeting with your youth group in Plymouth?
We are a German Protestant private school (Freie Evangelische Schule Minden). In May or June 2020 we would like to spend two days in Plymouth with a group of about 40 12 – 14 year olds.
After spending a night on the bus we would visit some sights in Plymouth on our first day there. Then we need some accommodation (maybe in your church). On the second day (a Saturday) we would like to meet your youth group and maybe spend a day on the beach together. In the evening we would start our trip back to Germany.
That leads me to my next question. Would it be possible for our pupils to sleep in your church. We would bring our sleeping bags and such.
This visit would give your group the chance to have some intercultural experience at home. They could experience the union/ similarities we have as Christians.
For our students it would be a great opportunity to speak English with peers.
I would be available for a meeting in Plymouth from the 22nd July to the 2nd August 2019.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Best wishes
