We all have heard about the difficult times Argyle has been going through and the growing hope that a resolution is coming. There is such an emotional attachment to the club that what affects them affects the city.

• thank God for His ongoing involvement in the affairs of the club and its openness to Christian involvement
• thank God for the perseverance of the Administrators in seeking a solution to the problems
• Pray for everyone caught up in this situation and especially for the staff who have continued working inspite of little or no pay. Pray for the players too whose lives have become even more uncertain in these shaking times. Pray that many will find God in the midst of all this.
• Pray for the chaplains that they will have many opportunities to talk and be helpful.
• Pray for Peter Ridsdale and Peter Reid – that God will give them wisdom for this hour.

Its essential that matters get resolved very quickly now so that the club is allowed to play in the football league this season. Pray!
