The Discovery Café has a job opportunity for an assistant on the team
CAFE ASSISTANT REQUIRED – 12 hours/week
The Discovery Cafe is one of the outreach projects of Plymouth Methodist Mission, based at Methodist Central Hall in the centre of Plymouth. The Cafe is a limited company and functions as a business reaching hundreds of people each week. We are in need of a dedicated, hard working person to join our catering & customer service team under new management.
The post requires you to be friendly, outgoing, with a passion for good customer service and willing to assist with kitchen duties. You will hold a minimum level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate and be willing to work within a Christian ethos.
We are seeking to recruit as soon as possible.
The post is over two or three days a week (to be negotiated) at £9.00/hr. You will be required to work on some Saturdays.
